PROYECTO DE LEY
El Senado y Cámara de Diputados,...
Artículo 1°- Declarese de interés nacional, cultural, educativo y
legislativo, la realización de la VIII Asamblea del Consejo Mundial de
Pueblos Indígenas a realizarse durante el transcurso del año 1997 en la
República Argentina.
Art. 2°- El Poder Ejecutivo, por intermedio del Ministerio de
Relaciones Exteriores, Comercio Internacional y Culto, promocionará por
intermedio de las representaciones argentinas en el exterior dicha Asamblea
y por intermedio del Ministerio del Interior comunicará a los gobiernos
provinciales y municipios de la Nación la ley nacional adoptada por el
Congreso Nacional; asimismo los invitará a adoptar normas similares en sus
jurisdicciones.
Art. 3°- Comuníquese al Poder Ejecutivo.
