PROYECTO DE LEY

Artículo 1 .- Incorpórase el siguiente como párrafo sexto del
artículo 31 de la ley 24.240 (defensa al consumidor) modificada por
ley 24.568:
En el caso que a empresa prestataria no procediera a facturar
o a entregar la factura correspondiente a un período, y le fueran
imputables las razones a ella o a terceros, el importe
correspondiente deberá ser distribuido en los cinco períodos de
facturación subsiguientes, en forma periódica y consecutiva, sin
imposición de intereses, recargos o penalidades.
Art. 2 .- Comuníquese al Poder Ejecutivo.
