PROYECTO DE LEY

Artículo 1°- Sustitúyese el inciso a) del Artículo 1° de la ley
23.466 y su modificatoria, ley 23690 por el siguiente.
Artículo 1°:
a) ser menor de 21 años, extendiéndose el beneficio hasta los
25 años cuando cursare:
I. El nivel medio o ciclo polimodal de enseñanza.
II. Estudios superiores.
III. Estudios universitarios.
Artículo 2°- Comuníquese al Poder Ejecutivo.
