PROYECTO DE LEY

Artículo 1 - Exímese del impuesto al valor agregado los
intereses y comisiones que generen las carteras de crédito
asumidas por las provincias con motivo de las privatizaciones de
bancos oficiales, como así también las bonificaciones y
descuentos otorgados sobre intereses y comisiones de dicha
cartera.
Art. 2 - Comuníquese al Poder Ejecutivo.
