El Senado y Cámara de Diputados,¿
Artículo 1°.- Auméntanse a cuatro años y a diez años las penas
mínimas y máximas previstas por el segundo párrafo del inciso 1° del
artículo 163 del Código Penal.
Art. 2°.- Comuníquese al Poder Ejecutivo.
